Viewing Your Order Details and Status
After you place an order on Rizzthreads.com, you’ll receive an order confirmation email—typically within a few minutes. If it’s not in your inbox, check the Junk or Spam folder in your email account.
If you created an account and placed an order with it, you can also check your order details and the status of your order by visiting your Account > Orders page at https://www.rizzthreads.com/account/orders, then clicking the corresponding order row.
Estimated Timeline for Orders
Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days of placing your order. Orders placed during holidays and sale events may take longer to ship.
Your order status will be Processing while we review your order and process payment.
Your order status will be Pending or Pending Fulfillment once payment is confirmed and your order is queued for production. We’ll make the items you ordered and get everything ready to ship.
Your order status will be Completed or Fulfilled once a shipping label has been created and it’s ready to be shipped from one of our fulfillment locations in the USA. At this point, you’ll get an email with shipment tracking information for your order.
Orders are typically delivered 3-6 business days after they’re shipped, but deliveries times vary depending on your location, and the delivery schedule may be affected by weather or other factors outside of our control.
Cancelations, Changes, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Since all items are made to order, we’re unable to accept cancelations, changes, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. This includes cases of buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help make things right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
The billing name and address
The shipping name and address
A description of the issue
A clear photo of the issue, including the product and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If an order is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist with a replacement or claim where applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are printed and shipped by Printful, typically from fulfillment centers throughout the USA

Shipping Delays and Holidays Disclaimer
During holidays, peak seasons, or major sales events, production and shipping may take longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early during holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery.
Rizzthreads LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier service disruptions or weather events
Customs processing (for international orders)
Holidays or peak shipping periods (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays)
